The weather is getting cooler, and the season is changing once more. This photo was taken last autumn at Elmhurst Park by Richard Polgar. We’re peeking over the shoulder of an artist who has found inspiration in the landscape and changing colors of the leaves. May you find beauty in the season as well.
Twenty-three years after 9/11/2001, we remember the souls lost that day, continue to comfort the families they left behind, and rejoice in the indomitable spirit of America. Let us vow to not only never forget, but to always recognize the bravery of our first responders.
