This car somehow went airborne and settled on the ramp barrier leading to the BQE near 65th Place. How it got there is a mystery. It must be one interesting story. It’s likely that speeding was involved, and the curve may have been a factor, but we’ll likely never know. In any event, it’s really dumb to end up in this predicament.
