This past January 11th, the 108th Precinct announced that they had arrested rapper “Chucky73” for shutting down the Kosciuszko Bridge without authorization last November to film a rap video. The rapper, aka Adel Mejia, was charged with reckless endangerment. Traffic had been brought to a standstill as about 12 adult men started singing and playing loud music while being filmed. Some also “did doughnuts” with their cars. Dumb, as well as dangerous.
