There is a trailer at Elmhurst Hospital that is meant to serve as an emergency decontamination unit, but the NY Post reported in late January that the city is housing homeless within it. The trailer regularly holds 35 people in really cramped conditions. Herding human beings like cattle doesn't seem to be very progressive and taking the decontamination unit out of commission could jeopardize the safety of others.
