We understand how frustrating it is when people park in your driveway illegally. However, it is a DOT violation to paint markers on public property to indicate where motorists should not park. The worst offenders use extremely bright paint and draw words in the street, such as this homeowner on 74th Street. As seen in the photo, the markings are largely ignored anyway. This is no better than graffiti and doing it is just dumb. If violators block your driveway, call the 104th Pct and ask for their Driveway Tow Program.
