Two men riding on a moped were killed after they were struck by a VW in a hit-and-run crash. The accident happened on May 19th just before 8:30AM on 57th Ave east of 80th Street in Elmhurst. After striking the moped, the car careened into parked cars and burst into flames. The driver escaped the vehicle and fled on foot.
