If City Planning has its way, this is what will happen to Middle Village after the IBX stop opens at Eliot Avenue:
* A ring of apartment houses will replace the homes around Juniper Valley Park
* A dense residential development will be built at Our Lady of Hope
* 4-6 story apartment buildings will be constructed above the commercial stores along Eliot at 80th and 74th Streets.

Home ownership will be phased out in favor of apartments.
(Your kids will own nothing here and be happy.)

Every single summer. And winter for that matter.

Out yet also! 67th street & Eliot Ave

Always has been an issue for decades

All the time. Like a third world country.

Wish they could invest in fixing this and put all our power lines underground. 🥲

Still have overhead wires, insane

I don’t miss NY. Miss the friends, but definitely not the municipality

You have no power(electricity) and yet they charge you for the delivery. Thats not right

And it's still not fixed! Power completely out again!

But keep fkn raising our rates.

Now they are going to say all need to be on solar

Still no power on 61st road by eliot and 68th street

Still no power on 68 street off of eliot

Cooling centers close on the weekend. What kind of help is that? Look it up on the 311 website.

They need to stop with all the illegal apartments. They are draining our electrical and sewer systems. It is out of control…

Con Ed and all othee services have no right raising rates. DISGUSTING
